Connecting Salesforce with Salesroom allows you to create an event on an opportunity, lead or contact after each meeting.
Connecting Salesforce
Navigate to the Salesroom Settings / Connections page, and click "Connect to Salesforce".
Salesforce will ask you to confirm which account you want to connect to and to allow the connection.
That's it!
Sending Meetings to Salesforce
Within the meeting overview you will now see a new button in the Summary tab for Salesforce; clicking on this will bring up a search modal so you can find the right opportunity to sync. Use the search to find the opportunity, lead or the contact you wish to create a new event on, and when ready, click the "Salesforce Sync" button.
Once synced the original "Sync to Salesforce" button will now say "View on Salesforce".
View Data Synced to Salesforce
Once a meeting has been synced, a new call log will be created with the meeting summary, any team notes created by anyone in your team, and all meeting stats including questions, next steps, and engagement score captured by Salesroom.
