Connecting SAP with Salesroom allows you to associate a meeting with a specific SAP customer and create an appointment record automatically.

To connect Salesroom to your SAP account for your organization, reach out to our support team ([email protected]) to guide you through the integration process and set up your credentials.
Once the setup is complete, you can start syncing your meetings to SAP.
Sending Meetings to SAP
Within the meeting overview page, you will now see a SAP tab in the Sync section; clicking on this will bring up a search so you can find the right customer to sync. Use the search to find the customer you wish to create a new appointment on, and when ready, click the "Sync" button.
Once synced, information regarding the latest sync will be shown and a link to view the record in your SAP account.
View Data Synced to SAP
When a meeting has been synced, a new appointment record will be created with the Appointments tab, containing a meeting summary, any team notes created by anyone in your team, and all meeting stats including questions, next steps, and engagement score captured by Salesroom.
