How to create Keywords

1. Navigate to the Keywords section in your Sales Team using the navigation bar.
โ€‹

2. Add some keywords or phrases. You can add up to 50 keywords or phrases per team. We recommend avoiding ambiguous phrases, but you can edit and update these as often as you like.
โ€‹

3. Once you save the keywords, Salesroom will immediately start processing all your existing meetings (keyword analysis only considers meetings where buyers were present). This process typically only takes a few moments, depending on the number of meetings your team has. As soon as the data is ready, we will notify you with a message. Hit the refresh button to see the latest data.

How to explore the Data

The keyword report can be filtered by a range of dates, from "Last 7 days" to "All time." The line chart shows you the trends over the selected date range and can be filtered to show only specific words using the filter icon on the right-hand side or the check mark next to each item in the table.

The table displays the percentage of meetings in which keywords were mentioned, allowing you to easily see which words are being used most frequently.

Viewing the Context

Clicking on a word in the table or the View/Eye icon will open the context for each keyword, ordered by the most recent. You will see a short excerpt of the usage along with details on who said it, the date/time, and the meeting title. Clicking on this item will take you directly to that meeting.
