Elevated real-time assistance during meetings based on customized conversation cues.

Cue Cards are a pivotal element of Salesroom's revamped Live Enablement experience, providing sellers with advanced real-time guidance during external sales meetings. Teams can now create Cue Cards configured to appear based on specific triggers during conversations.

🗣️ This feature is exclusively visible during external sales meetings. Cue Cards will not appear during internal meetings with your team.

These subtle reminders help keep meetings on track and enable sellers to retain consistency with their approach whilst building rapport.

Creating a Cue Card

Start out by making your way to the “Live Enablement” section in your Salesroom admin, then select the “Cue Cards” tab.

  • Title: Is used at the top of the Card, typically relating to some of the keywords.

  • Content: Is where the body of your Cue Card lives. Try and limit this to around 3-5 lines and emphasize key terms for legibility.

  • Category: Choose from "Competition", "Objection", "Success Story" or “Reminder” to group your Cards.

  • Keywords: When these words are spoken and transcribed they will trigger the Cue Card.

  • Team: Choose if the Card should be shown to the entire organization or just an individual team.

  • Triggered by: Choose when the Card should be shown:

    • Everyone, will listen for keywords spoken by all participants in the Meeting.

    • Sellers Only, will trigger only when a seller (team member) says the keywords.

    • Buyers Only, will trigger only when a buyer (guest or non-team member) says the keywords.

    • Specific Team Member, will only trigger when that person says the keywords. This is great for providing specific coaching on an individual basis.

⚡️ Keyword Tips: If any of your keywords are non-dictionary words (for example, the name of a competitor), you may want to start and join a meeting by yourself, enable captions, and test saying the keyword to make sure they are detected correctly. If the term is not detected or transcribed correctly in the captions, you may want to add the misspelled term to the keywords as well. If the misspelled term is important (e.g. it’s your company’s name), contact us for assistance. We may be able to add it to the vocabulary.

Examples

Explore how Cue Cards can elevate your meetings with these examples:

Competitor Info

Create a Cue Card that is triggered by the mention of a "competitor name" or their "product". The Card’s contents could remind your sellers of key differences as well as the advantages of going with your company and product.

Notes or Reference

Bring up references based on what people say within a meeting. In this example, the keywords “mergers” and “acquisitions” trigger a Cue Card containing statistics about the current state of the M&A market.

Instructions and Follow-Ups

Your team members who need additional guidance could benefit from timely Cue Cards. For example, when they are discussing pain points with prospective customers, keywords “pain points” or “problems” could trigger a Cue Card containing useful follow-up questions.
