Salesroom makes it easy for you to stay on track in a meeting and remove the need to switch between tabs or tools to take notes. And when note taking is collaborative, more people can participate, making things more inclusive.
Templates
Before your Meeting starts you can pick a template for your personal notes or team notes. Salesroom provides a set of default templates, but you can also create your own.
Team Notes
Any team member can contribute to and edit the Team Notes, and you'll see them editing in real-time.
As you take notes during the meeting, each line of notes is time stamped*. To see the time stamps, simply hover over the text. You can click on the time stamp to jump to that portion of the transcript to gain more context. Every note you jot down, or checkbox you tick during a meeting doesn't just stand alone - it becomes a portal back to the exact moment in the meeting recording where it was created. This empowers you to dive back into the meeting at specific moments, providing a more detailed understanding of the circumstances surrounding each note.
*Any changes before or after the meeting will show the date and time of the change and won't link to any specific point in the recording.
Personal Notes
Sometimes, you'll want to keep some notes without others seeing them. By clicking on the Personal Tab at the top of the Notes panel you can keep notes that only you can see.
Finding Notes
Personal and Team Notes are available after the Meeting in the sidebar. However, you can also get a quick overview of your notes by visiting "Recent -> Notes".
Syncing Notes
If you are using one of our CRM integrations we'll typically sync your team notes, along with the Meeting Summary and Insights right after the call.
