Salesrooms call score enables you to assess conversation quality & participant performance at scale. Once a call has finished, providing there is a recording and buyers on the call we will calculate a score for the meeting. This makes it easier for you and your team to quickly assess areas of strengths and where to improve. Where possible, you will also get a detailed breakdown of the score based on criteria suited for the type of conversation.
You will find the call score in the Coaching section of the review page. It can take up to 30mins for us to process the call score, but if your the meeting owner we will also send you a notification once its ready, or just check back in the meeting overview anytime.
