Salesroom Engagement Score is calculated using a proprietary model, taking into account various factors such as the prospect's talk time, the number of questions they ask, their language sentiment and much much more. We tune this score internally based on what we know buyer engagement should look like.

Engagement Scores are visible and live during the Meeting to allow Sellers to course correct in real-time, and after the call for deeper analysis of your performance.

During the Meeting

Engagement Score is shown next to Airtime on the top of any participants, other than the meeting owner and their Team members.

The coloured blocks allow you to tell at a glance where you might need to focus and provides quick and simple feedback at a glance.

  • Green, High Engagement

    • Keep it up, your prospect is engaged!

  • Blue, Good Engagement

    • Great job, things are going well.

  • Orange, Low Engagement

    • Take notice, ask a question.

  • Red, Very Low Engagement

    • Checkin, is something wrong?

After the Meeting

Once the meeting is finished, and if recording was enabled, you can review the engagement score (along with other details) in the Analyze section under the video. Click on points on the chart jump to that point in time, review where things went well, where you might need to improve and get a better understanding of your meeting.
