Salesroom enables you to quickly create and share important moments with your team and prospects without sharing the whole meeting.
How to create a Highlight during a Meeting
When recording is enabled Highlights will automatically be generated from any screen shares or bookmarks (simply press B on your keyboard) and made available instantly after the call.
By default, all bookmark generated highlights will only be visible to you and your team/organization. And screenshare highlights will be visible to everyone. You can toggle the "visible to everyone" option on each highlight.

How to create a Highlight after a Meeting
To start creating a highlight...
Find the point in the video and press "H" on your keyboard or use the "Create Highlight" Button.
βHighlight a section of the transcript and select highlight from the menu.

Once you have started you'll be taken to the Highlight editor view where you can fine tune the range and add details like title, description, tags.
Highlight Visibility & Details
Once you've chosen the highlight duration, you'll be able to set a few options:
Title: This is what people will see when you share the link so it's important to keep it short, but provide as much context as possible.
Description: If you cant fit everything in the title then this is where you can add more information.
Tags: If you're using Teams on Salesroom you can also tag you're highlight to make it easier to group and find common highlights.
Visible to everyone: Change who can see the Highlight.
On: When the highlight is visible to everyone, it will appear in the buyer view.
Off: It will only be visible to you and your team.
