Mark important meeting moments with a bookmark to quickly find them later.

Bookmarks let you mark a key moment in a meeting as it happens, then quickly share a highlight or revisit that moment later. You can use Salesroom Bookmarks for all sorts of key moments: insights, a topic to follow up on, a decision made, and more.

๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Bookmarks are linked to Recordings. If recording is turned off then bookmarking will be turned off too.

How to Bookmark?

To create a new bookmark simply click the Bookmark button in the meeting controls or tap "B" on your keyboard.

You will have the option to add a quick note to your bookmark, this can be any text but we find ourselves using terms like "Insight", "Pain", etc.

Bookmarks will appear on the Meeting timeline and in the Insights tab of the sidebar. You and your team will be able to add replies or more information or delete bookmarks. You can also add additional bookmarks using the input in the footer of this panel.

๐ŸŽฌ Bookmarks will automatically produce a meeting highlight after the call.

After the Meeting

Once the Meeting has finished a highlight will automatically be generated from the bookmark. This will default to a 30 second window around the moment you captured. You can edit the title, description and time frame.

Highlights can also be set to "visible to everyone" so that you can share them with people outside your team or organization.
