After a meeting, if you find you need to delete a recording there are a few options available to you.
Delete the recording but keep the other meeting data.
Archive the meeting to remove all access to recordings, transcription, insights, etc.
Archiving a Meeting
Archiving a meeting will revoke access for all participants and make all public and private links to any Recordings or Highlights from that meeting inaccessible. Archiving cannot be reversed.
๐ฃ๏ธ To archive a meeting you must be the meeting owner, a team manager or an organization owner.
From the recent meetings page
From your recent meetings page, on each meeting card there is a menu that will include an option to "Archive" if you have permission.
From the Meeting Overview
In the top menu there is an option to "Archive" if you have permission.
Delete a Recording
It is possible in Salesroom to delete a recording but keep the meeting active so others can still access meeting notes, transcripts, insights, etc. To delete a recording you'll find the "Delete Recording" option in the menu.
