Some older versions of Safari may cause choppy or robotic audio for some users on some headsets. This is a known issue affecting many platforms, not just us. We are actively working on resolving this issue within Salesroom.
Workaround
Unfortunately, the only known current solution is to try and update to the latest version of Safari or switch to another browser like Chrome for now.
