Enabling the Salesroom AI Meeting Assistant
Sign into your Salesroom account and visit the integrations settings page. On this page, under the “Video Conferencing” section, you will see the Teams option with an install link.
Clicking the install link for Teams will take you to a page to authenticate the app to have access to your calendar. Accepting this will enable the meeting assistant to join your meetings and take notes for you.
Customizing the Name of your Assistant
You can set the name of your meeting assistant on a personal, team or organization level.
To set your personal assistant's name head to your default meeting settings and look for "External Meeting Assistant" section at the bottom of the page:
To set your Team or Organization assistant's name head to the organization settings page and click "Edit", you'll find the section at the bottom of the form. Access to this setting may be limited according to your team or organization role.
Microsoft Teams Permissions
When connecting the Teams Assistant to your calendar, you will need to grant permission to the app to read your calendar. You may need to have your account admin allow for [Calendar.READ] API permissions for external applications.
How to uninstall
To uninstall the Salesroom Teams Assistant, navigate to the Integration Settings Page, go to the Video Conferencing section and click the “Uninstall” button for the Teams assistant.
