Transcription
In Meeting
When recording is on, the "Transcript" tab will show real-time transcription for any participant who has given consent.
[redacted] will show when someone is speaking but has not given permission for transcription to be captured.Transcription in the call is an excellent way of looking back if something was missed and gives everyone confidence that they can actively listen and revisit anything after the call.
Off Meeting
From within the Meeting Hub, all participants can view and download the transcription.
