Salesroom integrates with Outreach using your Personal Link. It's as simple as including your link as the custom video conferencing option.
Usage Instructions
When an event is scheduled, if Salesroom is connected using the .png?table=block&id=2ed1dabe-3866-4369-b70d-2fc9ced1b206&space_id=2613dab6-709e-40a4-ba00-37932e1f9a8c)
Google Calendar Integration we will detect that you used your Personal Link and replace it with a new meeting to allow you to better prepare and plan for your meetings.
Most Video Conferencing providers follow the same process as we do, as Outreach only directly integrates with a few providers.
Setting the Conference URL and Conference Details to your Personal Link, as shown below will mean these links show in the calendar invite when a participant schedules a meeting via Outreach.
