We calculate it based on a proprietary model, taking into account various factors such as the prospect's talk time, the number of questions they ask, their language sentiment and much more.
Engagement is linked to the Airtime settings, so it will show when Airtime shows based on your preferences.
Who Gets an Engagement Score?
Participants other than the meeting owner and their Teams will get an Engagement score.
What makes up the Engagement Score?
We don’t share the exact details about how scoring works. Various attributes go into calculating the score depending on any given moment within the meeting. We tune this score internally based on what we know buyer engagement should look like.
