Our Availability

Our amazing team is distributed in the USA and Europe.

  • Weekdays - Monday to Friday: 3 am - 6 pm EST

  • Weekends - Saturday to Sunday: Available for emergencies

We typically respond within 15 minutes during weekdays and do our best to respond to off-hours support requests.

  • Live chat (recommended) - Send us a message using live chat in the Salesroom app or support docs.

  • Email - Reach out anytime at [email protected]. Be sure to use the same email you used for Salesroom so we can be confident it's you.
