Handling Internet Issues

Salesroom will try to adjust the video quality when issues are detected automatically. However, if you want to you can manually change the send and receive quality in settings during the meeting.

Here is an example of two users having a bad call on Salesroom (flat lines are better). We can see that for around 8 out of the 30 minutes of the call; one participant had internet issues.
Now both participants have good internet and modern computers in the example, so why then do we see this? There are many possible reasons for this; the most common is wifi interruptions or a data backup occurring, taking up bandwidth. It could also be something wider with the internet provider or connection overall.
